• Welcome to the Bloomfield Dyslexia Centre

We teach young people to read and write

  • Mission

To teach young people with dyslexia to read and write through the provision of subsidised, specialist literacy teaching. We prioritise children living in under-privileged communities whose parents and schools lack the financial means to pay for the support they need.

We aim to give all our students the opportunity to achieve their potential at school and beyond.

    • For Parents

Often parents are the first to realise their child is finding it hard to keep up in class.

We can identify the strengths and weaknesses in your child’s learning profile, diagnosis the difficulties, and advise on ways to help your child.

    • For Teachers

We have an experienced team who are qualified to diagnose dyslexia and other Specific Learning Difficulties.

We provide specialist literacy teaching with qualified dyslexia teachers for children struggling with literacy.

    • For Individuals

You may be the first to realise something is not right at school or work. We can help.

We can assess and identify strengths and weaknesses in your learning profile and give a diagnosis of the difficulties where appropriate.

    • For Supporters

We would be delighted to receive your support.

We seek to subsidise fees to low-income families through donations and fundraising. To learn more about how to support our work, please call 020 3228 9767.
